基本情况

何妹英，博士，1992年5月，中国科学院大学（培养单位：中国科学院华南植物园），生物化学与分子生物学专业。现任食品与生物工程学院专任教师。  

主要研究领域

果蔬采后贮藏保鲜与分子生物学。
