基本情况

朱东建,教授,博士,硕士生导师,1983年出生,2014年7月毕业于中国科学院大学(中国科学院化学研究所)有机化学专业,现任食品与生物工程学院副院长,食品与营养专业硕士点负责人。

近年来主要讲授的课程

有机化学,有机化学实验,食品生物化学。

主要研究领域

食品有害物质和功能成分检测;分子荧光探针构建与应用。
