基本情况

朱东建，副教授，博士，1983年6月出生，2014年7月毕业于中国科学院大学（中国科学院化学研究所）有机化学专业，现任食品与生物工程学院副院长。  

近年来主要讲授的课程

食品质量安全快速检测技术，化学基础与分析技术，食品掺伪鉴别检验  

主要研究领域

分子荧光探针；食品活性成分与有害成分的检测分析。
